Entry Deadline: October 26, 2018.  Entries received after this date will only be accepted based on available space and have a late charge of $15.00.  No entries will be accepted at Tournament.   IF YOU ENTER AFTER October 26; ADD LATE FEE of $15.00.

Equipment: Nittaku 3-Star White Premium 40+ plastic balls. Tournament Tables Butterfly & XIOM.

Eligibility: All players who are current USATT members, renew, join, or purchase a USATT Tournament Pass. Unrated players may enter any event, but cannot advance from round robin in USATT rated events. Unrated/recreational event is open to all non USATT members AND players that join at this Tournament. ALL EVENTS HAVE ENTRY LIMITS Aloha State Championship Special Eligibility: Players must have lived in Hawaii for at least 3 months prior to the tournament. Active military personnel and full time students may play as long as they are stationed or go to school in Hawaii. Any player can play in these events; but we will have an extra match, if necessary, to crown an Aloha State Champion that meets the eligibility criteria.

Restrictions:  After the entry deadline, October 26, 2018, no refunds. Also, entries received AFTER October 26, 2018 will be accepted on an available space basis only. Tournament director’s decisions are final.

Round Robin Format:  One player advancing from each round robin, based on number of entries, to the single elimination rounds; except Open Singles where two players will advance to single elimination rounds. All round robin matches (including Open Elite) are best of 5; Single elimination matches are all best of 5 except Mens Open Singles, which will be best of 7. All doubles matches are best of 5.

Aloha State Championships: We will crown an ALOHA STATE CHAMPION in these events: Men's Open, Women's Open, Seniors Open, and U-3400 Doubles. Special Aloha State Championship Trophies will be given in these events. Eligibility: Players must have lived in Hawaii for at least 3 months prior to the tournament. Active military personnel and full time students may play as long as they are stationed or go to school in Hawaii. Any USATT player can play in these events; but we will have an extra match, if necessary, to crown an Aloha State Champion that meets the eligibility criteria.

Special Event Format:  SUPER ROUND ROBIN Limit 40 players. Players are put into preliminary round robin groups of at least 4 with players of all levels. ALL players will advance from preliminary round robin to medal round robin groups of 3-8 players, based on win/loss record and number of entrants. We will have 4 or 5 skill level groups in medal round.  NO ELIMINATIONS. Medal round has players compete against others of their skill level. Minimum number of matches is 5, maximum is 11. Lots of fun.

U-3400 DOUBLES After receiving entries for at least 8 teams, we will have 2 divisions. Top 50% rated will be "A" Division, and the other will be "B" Division, allowing players to play more matches with closer rating levels.

Rules: All USATT rules and dress code will apply. No white shirts will be allowed. 2 minute maximum warm-up before tournament matches. A certified umpire will be available, if needed. Tournament director reserves the right to cancel an event or make adjustments based on number of players entered in an event.

Tournament Referee: Len Winkler, CR/RU

Fee Schedule:  $30 for Open Men's Singles, $30.00 for Super Round Robin, $15.00 Open Women's Singles, $12.00 each for other singles events, $10.00 per player for doubles.

Prizes: Prizes awarded for all 1st and 2nd place winners. No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no shows. Specific Cash prize amounts based on number of players entered, $850.00 total prize money.

Additional Information:  We'll have lunch & other goodies available all day Saturday & Sunday for players. Bottled water will also be available.
