Entry Deadline: April 16, 2008. Entries received after this date will only be accepted based on available space. No entries will be accepted at Tournament. $5.00 late fee after April 16, 2008.

Equipment: GAMBLER 40 mm 3-Star orange balls provided by The Gambler Company.

Eligibility: All players who are current USATT members, renew or join. Unrated, non-members can pay a $10 ONE TIME ONLY pass in lieu of USATT membership. Unrated players may enter any event, but cannot advance from round robin in USATT rated events. Unrated/recreational event is open to all non USATT members AND players that join at this Tournament. You must be under 18 to play in Juniors and over 55 to play in Seniors. Proof of age required.

Restrictions: After the entry deadline, April 16, 2008, no refunds. Tournament director’s decisions are final.

Round Robin Format: One player advancing from each round robin to the single elimination rounds; except Open Singles where two players advance to single elimination rounds. Round robins are best of 5, except OPEN SINGLES where all matches are best of 7. Single elimination matches are all best of 7, except Doubles.

Rules: All USATT rules and dress code will apply. Warm-up practice begins at 8:00 am. 2 minute maximum warm-up before tournament matches. A certified umpire will be available, if needed.

Fee Schedule: $20 for Open Singles, $10 each for all other events, Junior players pay $7.00 per each event.

Prizes: Prizes awarded for all 1st and 2nd place winners.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL:

For those of you planning on coming to the April 26^th tournament, and needing a place to stay, the Kohala Village Inn http://www.kohalavillageinn.com is a very good place to stay. It is right next door to the Hawi Gym, where we will play. They have an adjoining restaurant (Luke’s Place), and offer to all guests of our tournament, Complimentary Continental Breakfast and wireless high speed internet. Also, mention the Table Tennis Tournament and receive 10% off their room rates, which are from $65.00 to $130.00 per room (not per person), with rooms having between 2 to 8 people able to sleep. Make your reservations early as they only have 19 rooms available for that weekend, as of now.
