Aloha! Another Big Island table tennis tournament is history. The 1st ever Big Island "Closed" tournament was a success, with players coming from Hilo, Captain Cook, North Kohala, Waimea, Volcano....well, all over the Big Island. A huge MAHALO to John Romoa for the delicious morning coffee and pastries and for the huge great salad we had at lunch. Also, John got there so early to start setting everything up. Mahalo mahalo mahalo John Romoa. Mahalo to Lesi Sekona for picking up the pizza lunch and to all the players that came early or stayed late to assist in setup and take down. Actually, lots of work and money goes into having a tournament and everyone's help, participation, and support is truly appreciated...and needed (to be honest); as it is getting more difficult as we all age to put these tournaments on. Mahalo also to all the players that entered and made the tournament a success.
